We currently ship with UPS and ship during business days.
If you have a problem with your Custom order then please contact us at sales@thefactory49.com.
If you have a problem with your order 5 days after it's been delivered then you'll be eligible to return it.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please email us at sale@thefactory49.com telling us what is wrong with your product
and if we can tell the damage is from our end we'll ship you a new one. Any tears and rips
or any exterior damage happens when you've had the product for over week we will not replace it
